Help Us Build It

MojaAir is a pan-African airline project at the stage where the people matter more than anything else. If you want to work on it, we would like to hear from you.

We are not advertising specific vacancies yet. MojaAir has not begun operations and no roles are currently open. What follows is an invitation to register your interest so that we can approach you when recruitment opens.

Who We Expect to Need

An airline is built long before it flies. As the project moves from planning into operations, these are the disciplines it will draw on. None of these are live vacancies today.

Flight Operations

Flight crew, cabin crew, dispatch, crew planning and operations control. The people who make a schedule happen on the day.

Engineering and Safety

Maintenance planning, quality assurance, safety management and regulatory compliance. Safety is a design constraint, not a department.

Commercial and Network

Route planning, pricing, revenue management and partnerships across the five regional hubs.

Digital and Technology

Booking platform, mobile experience, payments integration and the data work behind a distance-based fare model.

Customer Experience

Ground services, contact centre, service design and the in-flight experience for African passengers.

Corporate

Finance, legal, people, procurement and communications. The functions that let an airline scale without breaking.

How to Register Your Interest

  1. Email your CV to the address below. Attach it as a PDF where you can. Word documents are fine.
  2. Use a clear subject line. Put the discipline you work in and your location, for example “Flight Operations — Nairobi” or “Engineering — Lagos”.
  3. Tell us three things in the body. The kind of role you are looking for, where you are based and whether you are able to relocate, and your notice period or availability.
  4. Add anything that shows your work. Licences and ratings, a portfolio, a professional profile. Only what is relevant.
