The terms on which you may use the MojaAir website. Please read them before using the site, and in particular the section explaining that this is a demonstration.

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website at mojaair.africa (the “site”). The site presents MojaAir, a proposed pan-African airline project, and is published, sponsored and promoted by Briteque Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These are terms of use for a website. They are not conditions of carriage. MojaAir does not currently operate flights, and nothing on this site creates any right to be carried by air.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
This is the most important section of these terms. The site exists to show how a MojaAir booking experience would work. It is a working prototype, not a live service.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, an invitation to treat, or a contract of any kind. You cannot buy a ticket here. No reservation is created, held or recorded, no seat is allocated, and no payment is taken or processed.
The booking demo ends with a confirmation screen and a booking reference. Both are generated by your own browser for illustration only. They confirm nothing, are not recorded by us, and give you no ticket, no seat, no travel entitlement and no claim of any kind against MojaAir or Briteque Ltd. No boarding pass or confirmation will be issued.
The demo includes fields for card numbers, security codes and travel document numbers so that the flow looks realistic. They are not needed, not validated and not stored. Please use placeholder values. We accept no liability for any real data you choose to enter into a demonstration form. See our Privacy & Cookie Policy for how the demo handles what you type.
Route maps, hub locations, fares, journey times, schedules, aircraft references and network descriptions on this site are illustrative and forward-looking. They describe a proposed operating model, not a service currently offered.
Third-party statistics quoted on the site are attributed to their sources and reproduced in good faith. We do not warrant their accuracy and you should consult the original source before relying on any figure. You should not make any financial, commercial, travel or investment decision in reliance on the content of this site.
You may view the site, use the booking demo, and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You must not remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notice from material you take from the site.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site for anyone who breaches this section, and may report a breach to the relevant authorities.
All content on the site, including text, layout, graphics, the MojaAir name and logo, the “One Africa, One Sky” tagline, route data, code and design, is owned by or licensed to Briteque Ltd and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Except as set out in section 5, no licence is granted to you.
Names of airports, cities, countries, organisations, payment platforms and third-party publications appear for identification and descriptive purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of, affiliation with, or partnership between those parties and MojaAir or Briteque Ltd, unless expressly stated on the site.
The site links to third-party websites, including our profiles on X, Instagram and TikTok, and to external reference sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement. Once you leave our site, the terms and privacy policy of the destination apply.
The site is provided free of charge and we give no guarantee that it will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site, and may change the content on it, at any time and without notice.
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties and representations that might otherwise be implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We make no representation that the material on the site is appropriate or available for use in any particular country. If you access the site from outside the country in which we are established, you are responsible for compliance with your own local laws.
Subject to the paragraph above, and because the site is informational and supplied free of charge, we will not be liable to you for:
If you are a business user, the above exclusions apply in full. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, but we are not responsible for unforeseeable loss.
How we handle personal data, what the booking demo keeps on your device, and our use of cookies are set out in our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can change your cookie choices at any time via Cookie Settings.
We may revise these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Please check it when you return to the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or the use of the site are governed by the law of England and Wales — to be confirmed against Briteque Ltd's place of incorporation, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
Questions about these terms should be sent to info@briteque.ltd, marked “Website Terms”.
